reviewing all my cars (20)
Good morning visitor.
I've just realized something. I've never reviewed my car, or any car for that matter. That's just wrong. You guys deserve to hear my opinion on these matters. Currently, I drive my 2021 Tesla Model 3, Standard Range, in blue. It's a gorgeous car that meets all my needs. But I'll dive a bit more into the specifics.
Looks: 6/10 Handling: 6/10 Acceleration: 7/10 Stability: 8/10 Interior: 9/10 Fun: 8.5/10
I don't think it gets much better than my Tesla in terms of daily drivers. There are so many little things that make my car convenient, like the fact that there's no physical key and you can walk away from the car without locking it. You can also start up the AC/heat from your phone. It has a glass roof that you can see right through, and you can play games on the center console.
Performance-wise, the car is just lovely. EVs are unique in that you can absolutely rag on them all the time with 0 repercussions. I floor it maybe 9 times a day, and all that happens is I lose range. Anyways, yeah, the 0-60 is about 6.5 seconds and the top speed is around 141 mph (I tested it in Mexico). The handling is actually really freaking good for a car that weighs a massive 3,800 lbs. It feels heavy, but in a good way, to be honest. I'd give my current car an 8.5/10 overall. Everything about it is just OK, but put together, it's pretty awesome to drive.

I used to have a BMW M6 with the V10 engine. That thing was really crazy. I don't really know why, but I got that car when I was 16. It made no sense. It was way too fast and nice for a kid that age. But the car itself was absolute magic, and I miss it nearly every single day. It's a crime that you can steal these things for less than $20,000. If I had some money of my own, I'd be back in one of these tomorrow. For the M6:

I miss that car so bad man. It had this single-clutch transmission that everybody hated, but I kind of loved it. If you don't know, sports cars usually feature a "dual clutch" transmission. The 2007 M6 came out before that era, so it had this "automated manual" that would shift reeeally slow. But when you started driving really fast and got your RPMs up, it would shift really fast, and throw you back in your seat.
The engine was pure awe itself. V10 making 500 horsepower, sounding like a motorcycle or a demon or something. Accelerating in that thing was just so, so fun. And when you turned off the traction control and ESC, (the ESC and stuff were horrible, I guess that's just age), it handled like an insane rocket boat. Not very quick at handling, but it was so cool to drive. I really felt like the man driving that thing. Oh, and it was straight piped. The whole neighborhood knew when I was out and about driving my M6. I'm very sad that I lost her.

I also had a very boring and slow 2018 BMW 430i. I don't really have anything to say here. It was slow, and it was boring. The only thing really notable about this car was that the handling was pretty decent. I'm not even gonna include a picture. If you're really curious, you can Google it, but all you're gonna see is a generic black BMW. It looked pretty sweet, actually. But whatever.
I also rented a Miata once. That car was absolutely amazing. I think it actually rivaled my M6 with how fun it was. It was an ND Miata with a manual. What an insane car. You never really get the feeling that you're driving a modern or larger car. The Miata felt like it was some sort of mix of a Go-Kart and a Lamborghini. Seriously, seriously awesome. If they weren't, like, $15k+ used, I would be in one right now.
That's the extent of my car ownership experience. I love my car. It's pretty sweet, and I'm very thankful to own it. When I replace it, I'll probably get another Tesla. If I have enough money, I'll go get my M6 back, God willing. Go drive a fun car today! Or send me money and I'll get us a nice BMW or something. We can share, I promise.
